Application material requirements and remarks:
1. Applicant’s name and address in Chinese and English, and the postal code for the address
2. Trademark name or trademark design
3. Product categories (refer to the Japanese classification table; approximately 10 items are recommended)
4. Provide a scanned copy of the document evidencing the applicant’s legal status
5. If the applicant has previously applied for a trademark in Japan, the name and address must remain consistent.
6. If expedited processing is required, an additional RMB 3,500; turnaround time: approximately six months
