Method 1: Sign in using your Amazon Seller Central account and password. If you are already an Amazon seller, sign in this way and complete brand registration; the corresponding seller account will be able to access tools for building and protecting the brand more quickly.

Method 2: Create a new Amazon Brand Registry account. This option is for brand owners who do not currently have a seller account on Amazon.

In the table below, provide information such as the brand name, trademark office, registration number, or serial number.

Taking the United States trademark registration page as an example:

Note: For trademarks pending acceptance that have been applied for at different trademark offices, the operation steps here are slightly different. Therefore, please ensure that you select the correct trademark office based on your trademark situation when answering the question 'Select a trademark office'.

If your trademark is image-based, you will also need to upload an image of the trademark.

If you are the trademark owner, please upload proof of trademark ownership:

TM mark upload TM mark receipt, which includes the trademark name and the trademark application sequence number and other information;

R symbol; a trademark registration certificate can be provided directly.

If you are not the trademark owner but have entered into a license agreement with the trademark owner, please upload proof of the license agreement signed by the trademark owner.

Images of products and unpackaged physical items must be genuine photographs and must not be computer-generated.

The product or packaging displays a brand name or brand logo.

The branding must be permanent, and the brand name must not be added to the product in the image through post-processing.

Product and packaging photography: photographs of the product and packaging taken in a real-world setting.

Please pay attention to the shooting angle and lighting, and ensure that the complete packaging and brand information are displayed.

Upon successful brand registration, the selected seller account will be granted brand-building permissions.

If you have your own manufacturing information, please upload documents demonstrating that you qualify as a manufacturer:

Purchase/Production/Supply Invoice (Required)

Manufacturer Qualifications – Factory Certificate or Certificate of Production (optional)

No production information of your own, purchase goods from third-party manufacturers, need to upload proof of agreement between your brand and third-party manufacturers:

Product Procurement Contracts, etc.

Purchase invoice, etc.

If you have successfully registered at least one brand through Amazon Brand Registry, you can log in to the Brand Registry portal, select “Contact Us” on the home page, and contact the Brand Support team.

If you have not yet completed the registration of at least one brand, you will need to log in to Amazon Seller Central and submit a case to the Seller Support team.
